She represents people in San Diego County who are appealing their denial of benefits, the reconsideration of the denial of benefits, and at the hearing before the Administrative Law Judge.
Kathleen Holden graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and was licensed by the State Bar of California in 1985. She practiced civil litigation for ten years and employment law for five years before opening her own practice in July 1999. Since then, she has exclusively represented people who have been denied benefits by the Social Security Administration.
Ms. Holden is a sustaining member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives.
She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United State District Court.
